Copper cookie cutters are my favorite although high in price. Though, they are sturdy and that helps me to create perfect shaped cookies every time. As with all metallic cookie cutters after being washed they should be dried thoroughly in order to avoid stains. But if sometime we don’t do this right and stains appear on them we can clean them very easily.
The recipe is simple: In a clean container we mix 1/2 cup flour, 4 tbsp white vinegar and 4 tbsp lemon juice.
After that we rinse with water and dry with a towel.
